A roda4d account is strictly for the personal use of the registered member. You may not transfer, sell, lend, or grant access to your account to any other party. Use of your account by a third party, even with your consent, is a breach of these terms.

All deposits and transactions on roda4d conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Roda4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion carried out by your bank or e-wallet provider, including any associated fees or exchange losses, is entirely your responsibility.
Roda4d does not charge any deposit fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges. Please check with your provider before making a deposit.
Withdrawals may be made at any time once rollover requirements (if any) have been fulfilled. Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit for identity verification purposes.
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30. Maximum withdrawal limits are based on your VIP tier as follows:
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for FPX bank transfers. Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 business hours.
Roda4d reserves the right to decline or suspend withdrawals in the following circumstances: rollover requirements have not been met, identity verification (KYC) is incomplete, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, or the account is under investigation.
All bonuses and promotions at roda4d subject to the rollover requirements specified for each individual offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met. Roda4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new member registering their first account. It cannot be combined with any other offer. The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted.
Using bonuses purely as a strategic means to extract profit without genuine play intent — commonly known as "bonus whoring" or "bonus hunting" — is strictly prohibited. Roda4d uses advanced detection systems to identify abnormal betting patterns and reserves the right to void any related bonuses and winnings.
Please read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the rollover requirements stated. Roda4d will not alter bonus terms once they have been accepted by a member.
All software-based games on roda4d uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third party. Game results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by anyone, including roda4d operators.
Live Casino games use real physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) streamed live. Game-specific rules for each table are displayed within the game interface. The dealer's decision is final and cannot be disputed once a round has closed.
In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, roda4d will use system records to determine a fair outcome. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the wager will be returned in full to your account balance.

If a match or sporting event is cancelled entirely or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be refunded to your account balance unless specific conditions stated otherwise for that market.
In-play bets are accepted while a match is in progress, subject to market availability. Odds may change at any time during the match. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, not the odds at the start of the match.

Roda4d reserves the right to close or suspend your account for any of the following reasons: breach of any term in this document, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe, or at our business discretion.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or a permanent one.
